The Role

CelloHealth Communications is currently looking to hire a Publications Director tojoin our growing team. The Publications Director is a key and senior rolewithin the agency, responsible for leading and growing small to medium sizedkey accounts, with a diverse set of offerings.

Inthis role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining existingrelationships with clients and healthcare professionals, leading and mentoring account-basedteams, having responsibility and accountability for delivery of consistently high-qualitywork. You will own client relationships at a senior level, managing projectsand programmes of work, often without senior leadership intervention.

Workingwith the Client Services Director on larger accounts, you will assume account responsibilityin their absence. Business development will be a key accountability for thisrole – you be expected to drive both organic growth and new business inexisting accounts, supporting delivery of work across a broad number ofofferings.

Otherkey responsibilities include:

·       Management of junior members of the team, drivingoutstanding project delivery.

·       Driving day-to-day operations, with the support of seniormanagement.

 

Requirements

·       Significant experience in a publications role within anagency setting

·       Extensive client-facing experience

·       An aptitude for financial management

·       Experience of line management

·       Excellent attention to detail
