Oxford PharmaGenesis is continuing to grow and we now have an exciting opportunity for a Project Assistant to join our Quality Team. This team provides industry-specific training and development, skills testing and compliance to ensure that Oxford PharmaGenesis provides the best possible support to our Writers, Editors, and Projects and Accounts people throughout the company. The Quality Team is composed of a talented group of subject matter experts with extensive medical communications experience who are well equipped to keep us learning!

Working across all Quality Team activities, you will support the Senior Project Manager with projects including coordinating skills testing, booking training courses, overseeing video production, and tracking compliance activities. The Project Assistant will also have a key role in the maintenance and evolution of our online training toolkit.

It’s not just the work we do that’s inspiring, our offices are pretty incredible too. Based at our Oxford location, you’ll be working from our beautiful and newly refurbished Grade II listed buildings.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Assistant who has:
·  previous experience in project coordination in a commercial setting
·  excellent stakeholder-management skills
·  a good understanding of digital tools
·  strong written and verbal communication skills
·  the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
