Job Details:
We are seeking a Senior Account Director to join a growing team at a network London agency. This is your chance to manage the delivery of multiple global accounts across a wide variety of medical communication & digital solutions.

You will be responsible for delivering strategic plans and aligned execution and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, on budget and to specification, while maintaining the very highest standards of compliance. You will help the team develop their client relationships, contribute to business development and maintain your accounts’ financial health.

You’ll be joining a company with inhouse creatives and digital experts with a fully flexible approach to working. To be considered for this role you will have significant previous client services experience gained within a medical communications agency.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct the strategic development of assigned projects and provide effective leadership for all aspects of accounts and key programmes
  • Ensures projects and programs are completed accurately, compliantly, on time and within budget
  • Builds and maintains good relationships with clients and advises them on communication development and objectives, marketing strategies and tactical recommendations
  • Collaborates with other department heads to ensure project continuity, quality, and timely end results
  • Line manages and mentors all account team members to achieve personal, team and company performance objectives, motivating each member of the team to succeed, ensuring that they understand their role within the team
  • Lead, or is an active participant in, client pitches and presentations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Life science degree
  • Relevant client service experience in a medical communications agency
  • Ability to manage, delegate and mentor
  • A high degree of financial understanding and management
