Are you an experienced regulatory writer looking to apply your writing skills to broader types of communications?  If so come and talk to us about making the move into Medical Communications.

At Ashfield Healthcare Communications we have expanded the award winning Allegro programme to support those already skilled in regulatory writing, to maximise their experience and transition into medical communications at a more senior level.  This 6-month accelerated-learning programme has been specifically designed for regulatory writers who want to join Ashfield Healthcare Communications and enjoy an exciting and rewarding career in Medical Communications

So, what is Allegro Regulatory?

Allegro Regulatory comprises an initial 3 week training course in Macclesfield followed by time spent in the agency environment and additional training sessions.  The goal is to broaden your experience and allow you to transition into a Senior Medical Writer role in our healthcare communications business at the end of the process. The programme has been specifically designed to give you experience of working within a med communications agency setting, working across a variety of deliverables with different clients, writing for different audiences and all on cutting edge products positively impacting patients’ lives.

What experience do I need?

The suitable candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience of working as a regulatory writer but also the ambition and passion to work in a more creative and less structured area of communications. As part of the recruitment process there will be an interview so that we can get to know more about you and your ambitions as well as a writing test to ensure you have the core skills to succeed. As one of our writers you’ll benefit from a clear career path, the chance to work on cutting edge healthcare advancements, a very competitive salary and benefits package. The next enrolment will begin in November 2019 and you can choose to be based in any of our UK offices, although there will be regular travel to Macclesfield for training days.

What’s the recruitment process?

Well first you may want to know more in which case please just ask.  If you know this is for you and just want to apply, then you should submit a CV to the Talent Acquisition team who will explain the next steps of the process.
