This year has been busy so far and as the company continues to grow, we have a new opportunity for an experienced writer to join our Value Demonstration Practice in Oxford.
As a lead/principal writer or team lead, you will support the team in developing a range of strategic market access deliverables, including global value dossiers, payer toolkits, systematic literature reviews, reimbursement/HTA dossiers, health economic and outcomes research manuscripts, and interactive training material across a range of therapy areas.
We are looking for an individual who can liaise confidently with our clients – taking the brief, advising and agreeing on content, developing communications to a high standard and maintaining positive relationships. You will be accustomed to reviewing the work of others, line management, and mentoring and developing more junior team members.
We are looking for a talented medical writer with:
·  a science background; a science PhD, preferably in life sciences, would be advantageous
·  writing experience within a market access consultancy, medical communication agency or pharmaceutical company, and for both payer and clinical audiences
·  a proven track record of delivering and managing market access/value demonstration communication projects
·  the ability to train/develop/mentor new writers; providing advice, feedback and direction as appropriate.
