Background:

Oxford PharmaGenesis delivers a broad range of impactful print and digital materials for our diverse client list, which comprises over 50 healthcare organizations. Our success and consequent rapid expansion means that we are actively seeking talented and experienced graphic designers, with a particular interest in the biomedical sciences, to strengthen our existing creatives.

 

The scope of the role includes development of designs for digital and print deliverables, such as posters, leaflets, websites, training materials, user guides, meeting materials and pitch presentations. Sketching out creative concepts and communicating ideas is a key part of the role, as well as refining designs to a high quality end product.

 

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • Highly committed designers who consistently strive for excellence
  • Creative and innovative design skills demonstrating an appreciation of message
  • Experience of designing within branding guidelines
  • Confident user of Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.)
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new software, as needed
  • Ability to work calmly and to tight deadlines
  • Likely to have at least 2 years of commercial experience.

 

Additional useful skills include master template creation, layout and animation of PowerPoint presentations, infographic development and animation. Knowledge of After Effects would be an advantage.
