The Role
- Responsible for ensuring that all materials (manuscripts, posters, slides, website copy, etc.) are clear, concise and accurate, in terms of both language and scientific content.
- The core of the business is publication planning, but their editors are also involved in content for scientific meetings, marketing materials and training programmes, together with conducting desk research for new business activities, depending on the needs of the clients.
- Management/mentor responsibilities
- Produce high-quality medical communications
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability and confidence to liaise directly with clients and clinical experts
- Must have a life science degree
- Previous experience as an editor in medical communications or medical publishing.
- Experience in using PowerPoint would also be an advantage
