Global Medical Communications business is looking to hire a growth enabling and BD loving Client Services Director to join their exciting and evolving team. This person will love pitching and providing pioneering, inventive and market leading solutions to address their pharma clients'' communication challenges.

The Role

Client Services Director - A strategic thinker with a growth mindset, who loves pitching and presenting new ideas to clients, then leading the team through programme delivery.

  • High impact role, identifying opportunities and leading a multi-disciplinary team with proposal writing and pitching to successfully develop new accounts.
  • Inspire, motivate and upskill the team to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Fast paced, loads of variety and an exciting range of clients to work with.
  • Strategic partner to the client to understand their goals and vision, then communicate effectively to all stakeholders along your journey - client teams, key opinion leaders and colleagues.

You

Ideally a Client Services Director, Senior Account Director or Group Account Director at a medical communications agency, looking for a fresh challenge where the focus is on the strategic development of new business and growing client accounts.

  • Someone the delivery team will look up to and feel motivate to produce exemplary work
