Client Service Director

 

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Join an energetic and growing multidisciplinary team of healthcare communication professionals, developing innovative solutions to client challenges. We are seeking an experienced, commercially savvy agency communication professional with a proven ability to lead client service teams, oversee complex project delivery and build strong client relationships. This is a full-time senior role offering line management responsibilities and wider business influence, based at our global head office in Cheshire, with flexible options for remote working. 2TN is part of a leading global network agency providing comprehensive and innovative medical communication solutions to the healthcare industry. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Client service leadership of account teams, overseeing delivery of large programmes of work in accordance with financial and project management expectations and overall account priorities
  • Work collaboratively with Program Director and Scientific Director to:
    • Define and implement overall account strategy
    • Drive operational excellence and innovation across 2TN
    • Build influential relationships across the wider Adelphi in Healthcare network, especially with digital and creative engagement groups
  • Establish long-term client relationships by applying knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the wider Adelphi network to develop communication strategies that address client needs
  • Invest in the professional development of colleagues through formal line management, mentoring and provision of constructive feedback of project review
