We are looking for a PhD or MSc graduate to join our talented team as an Associate Medical Writer.

The core responsibility of an Associate Medical Writer is to produce high quality and accurate scientific content that meets our clients’ needs. The focus is on supporting the development of medical affairs deliverables, including a broad range of project types (eg slide decks, reports, digital outputs, publications, client meetings such as advisory board and symposia, and training materials).

As an Associate Medical Writer at Helios, you will typically support two different accounts and/or clients to ensure a broad foundation in medical communications.

What we are looking for:
  • PhD (preferred) or MSc in a biological, biomedical, pharmacological or medical discipline. Chemistry graduates will only be considered if there is a strong biological or medical
  • component to their degree
  • Excellent English language and grammatical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
