Job Details:

As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:
  •  Rapidly developing an understanding of the accounts worked on, clients, products, therapy areas and project types
  •  Supporting the account team in delivering on their financial targets and demonstrating an ability to deliver up to 100K of business independently
  •  Developing project timelines and tracking project progression versus time and budget
  •  Developing meeting summaries/contact reports following internal and client meetings
  •  Coordinating with external suppliers for design, digital and print items, including liaison to discuss project brief and secure quotes, follow-up for delivery of assets, management of timelines and supplier payments via Finance team
  •  Establishing good working relations with clients, HCPs and suppliers
  •  Providing onsite support for a variety of medical communications activities, as required
  •  Managing account support updates on database systems with Editorial team (Zinc/DataVision/Veeva, following suitable training)
  •  Creating new jobs, including developing budgets (with account team support, as required), updating financial trackers and CMAP
  •  Monitoring budgets and updating internal financial tracking spreadsheets, alerting senior account team to any issues as they arise
  •  Managing budget reconciliations and invoicing, with support, as required
  •  Participating in and contributing to internal initiatives and supporting outputs through inclusion in relevant Working Groups
  •  Providing ideas and support for business innovation and development
What you’ll bring:
  •  Scientific degree
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  •  An interest and willingness to learn about medical communications and all aspects of pharmaceutical lifecycle management
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
