Aboutyou

Therole

The roleinvolves:

·       Leadingand growing key accounts, with a diverse portfolio of multichannel projects andprogrammes (including digital solutions, live events, stakeholder engagement,consensus programmes, research projects and training solutions) across avariety of therapy areas

·       Workingclosely with clients to understand their needs and build successful ongoingrelationships

·       Contributingto strategic direction of accounts and tactical input into projects

·       Overallresponsibility for project delivery for a number of key accounts: Understandingall the practicalities of a project to scope out, develop and create a solutionthat really works and delivers exceptional results

·       Managingall financial aspects of project delivery

·       Motivating,managing and developing junior members of the team to drive outstanding projectdelivery in line with industry compliance requirements

·       Seekingout and capitalising on business growth opportunities within existing accountsand through identifying opportunities outside the current client base

·       Workingwith the senior management team to drive day-to-day operations

·       Requirements

·       Lifescience degree or higher, or excellent scientific and business understandinggained through work experience

·       Extensivemedical communications agency experience

·       Extensiveand in-depth knowledge of multiple therapy areas with the proven ability to learnnew therapy areas quickly

·       Strategicmind-set, with excellent client-handling skills and ability to identify andcapitalise on business growth opportunities

·       Stronganalytical skills, a problem solving mind-set and the ability to thinkcritically and creatively

·       Excellentcommunication skills (verbal and written), with a high level ofscientific/medical literacy

·       Excellentorganisational/project management skills and an ability to juggle severalresponsibilities, accounts and projects, manage incoming workload effectivelyand maintain standards of excellence
