The team in Paris are looking for a French and English speaking account sales executive, passionate about healthcare and with a hunger to succeed and exceed revenue targets.  You’ll sell a range of Springer Healthcare services, editorial and digital medcomms projects to a portfolio of pharmaceutical accounts. This includes upselling to existing customers and also developing new business in France. 

You’ll be part of a small and friendly team in a diverse role with each day being different. You’ll also enjoy interacting with clients, various departments and colleagues. You’ll be given the autonomy to proactively research new clients and keep up to date with the latest trends in the industry.

 Key duties:  
· Build strong relationships with a range of pharma clients in France as well as with Editorial & Operations teams
· Enjoy engaging with people and asking questions to identify clients’ needs and suggest solutions. Answer client RFPs and write business proposals
· Identify and develop new pharma accounts through presentation meetings
· Promote and sell a range of Springer Healthcare products to meet the sales targets
· Keep databases up-to-date, SAP CRM, and reprints quotes in SMART
· Report on your activity to the Sales Director France as requested
· Help and support the Sales Director France on all work aspects

Education and Knowledge:
· Pharmaceutical / Scientific background
· Ability to comply with SOPs and standards

· IT skills: Microsoft Office suite

All employees are working remotely but once office re-opens employees will be required to work on site in line with the company working from home policy.
