Position: Full Time
Location: Oxfordshire

Job Details:
Do you want your work to make a real difference for patients and the healthcare community around the world? This is a rare and exciting opportunity to do just that!

We are looking for an outstanding mid-level digital designer to join our fast-growing and innovative Digital team.

This is an exceptional chance to gain healthcare industry insight and experience, focusing on medical education with some of the world’s largest organizations. You will be joining a close-knit team of five, developing your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality interactive experiences across a wide range of digital formats, channels and content types, including websites and apps, digital communication materials such as interactive brochures and HTML email, creative video projects and audio production.

The Digital team works on an interesting array of projects with multiple teams who support clients at a global level across the healthcare industry, including major pharmaceutical companies, patient organizations and charities. You will collaborate closely with our specialist development team as well as our in-house creative department.

It’s not just the work we do that’s inspiring, our offices are pretty incredible too. This role will be based at our Oxford Central office, close to the heart of Oxford with its ancient university, beautiful buildings and iconic locations.

We are looking for a talented digital designer who has:
·  a love of design and, of course, an online portfolio that demonstrates their ability (this does not necessarily need to be within the healthcare industry)
·  the ability to get to the heart of usability issues, and confidently communicate these to internal teams and clients
·  good knowledge of UX, UI and fundamental web technologies
·  considerable experience in designing across a variety of materials; experience with video/audio production is a bonus, but training can be given in this area
·  good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.

Please list the design software you are comfortable with in your application.
