As a result, we have an exciting opportunity for a strategic Client Service Director to join our dedicated team working on medical communications, scientific strategy and publications accounts. As Client Service Director you will build and nurture successful client partnerships and ensure the effective delivery of medical communications services through leadership of internal account teams as well as high level project and commercial management. Through a detailed understanding of your clients’ business and your relationships with key individuals you will seek out and secure organic growth opportunities. You will also lead and win new business by responding to RFPs and representing CMC Connect at client meetings.

  •  Able to demonstrate a solid track record of success working collaboratively with client teams (medical affairs, brand management, publications teams) and internal teams including effective partnerships with scientific and creative colleagues
  •  Able to think strategically on behalf of clients and CMC CONNECT
  •  An expert in  high level commercial and project management
  •  Able to seek out and secure organic growth opportunities within clients and across other new business pursuits
  •  A strong communicator with an ability to inspire high performance across the team
